BINDING POLICY CLAUSE: If a user or domain has activated or completed the 7-day free evaluation trial and subsequently purchases any paid plan (Single Domain, 5-Domain Multi-Site, or Agency Pack, whether Monthly or Yearly), NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You have already fully verified, audited, and tested the software's functionality, compatibility, and detection algorithms prior to purchase.

1. Direct Purchases Without Prior Free Trial

If a publisher purchases an AdShield Pro license directly without ever utilizing the 7-day free trial period, they are protected by our 14-Day Technical Incompatibility Guarantee. If our technical engineering team cannot resolve a proven code incompatibility with your verified WordPress environment within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued.

2. Free Trial Abuse Prevention

Our licensing architecture strictly enforces one (1) free trial per unique root domain. Subdomains, alias domains, and rotated staging domains do not qualify for additional trial periods. Any attempt to abuse trial allowances via proxy rotation will lead to permanent licensing revocation.

3. Payment Method Refund Execution

Binance Pay (Crypto): Approved direct-purchase refunds will be refunded in USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20) to your original sending address or verified receiving address, minus blockchain network gas fees.
Payoneer: Payoneer transactions will be refunded directly to your originating Payoneer account email address within 3 business days.

4. Chargeback & Fraud Policy

Filing an unauthorized payment dispute or credit fraud chargeback after enjoying active invalid traffic protection will result in your domain and IP ranges being reported to global ad-fraud blacklists and immediate blacklisting from our licensing nodes.
